APOSTILLE SERVICES

Apostille services start at $125 for documents that will be used internationally. We accept documents from all 50 states, and those needing federal and consular services. Common documents include birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, transcripts, FBI background checks, powers of attorney, corporate documents, and travel documents. We offer mobile pickup, courier service, and apostille processing for the Georgia Superior Court Clerks, Georgia Secretary of State and U.S. Department of State.

State Apostilles

We will handle processing of documents that need to go to the GSCCCA or the Secretary of State's Office to be apostilled.

Federal Apostilles

We will handle processing of documents that require apostilles by the U.S. Department of State.

Non-Hague Countries

Includes handling the processing of authentications at the state, federal (if required) and consular or embassy levels.

What do we do?

1. We ensure that your important documents are routed to the appropriate Secretary of State, U.S. Department of State, or Embassy to be apostilled or authenticated.
2. We facilitate legalization
of documents that are destined for non-Hague countries. 3. We assist with obtaining certified translations if required by the receiving country. We help provide peace of mind for our clients.

How much does it cost?

Most people need their documents processed fairly quickly. We have 3 packages with different pricing levels. The most common package is a starting price of $225 for a 3-5 business day turnaround (in Georgia). Final prices and turnaround times are affected by the issuing entity (State or Federal), number of documents, shipping costs and any other requirements of the receiving country. All packages include local pick up and return, document review, one notarization, one document and one submission. Additional fees apply for additional documents/notarizations, out of state and federal submissions. A deposit of $50 is required to secure an appointment. You may also request a preliminary quote before booking. Current federal turnaround times are 5-7 weeks for mail-ins and 7-10 days for walk-ins.

Package 1 (Standard)- Starting at $125. This is for clients not in a rush. Completed in 6-20 business days. Package 2 (Priority/Rush) - Starting at $225. Most popular option. Completed in 3-5 business days. Package 3 (Expedited) - Starting at $275. Completed the same or next business day for Georgia submissions. Out of state submissions can be reviewed and started on same or next business day.

Out of state and federal requests may have additional fees and different turnaround times.

What type of documents are commonly apostilled?

Birth certificates, Divorce decrees, marriage certificates, diplomas, transcripts, visa renewal documents, FBI background checks, corporate resolutions, trademark documents, and many more.

Are services refundable?

Once documents have been submitted, the fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before submission, the service fee minus any costs already incurred will be refunded.
